Savia Raíz

Savia Raíz is a ground-floor apartment with spacious, functional, and comfortable areas, ideal for a practical and relaxing stay in Oaxaca. It features a cozy living room with a 55” TV and access to Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and Disney+, as well as a dining area for four guests and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pans, pots, a 6-burner stove, and an oven, making it perfect for both short and longer stays. The main bedroom is spacious and bright, with a private full bathroom and a window overlooking the patio. The second bedroom features a double bed, its own full bathroom, a closet, a desk, and direct access to the terrace. The apartment also offers a private, well-lit patio, ideal for relaxing outdoors; the dining chairs may be used in this area. Parking is available at the apartment entrance, directly on the street.

We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work. Pets are welcome with an additional fee and under basic house rules. Parties and events are not allowed. The property is located in a quiet area, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours. Street parking is safe but subject to availability.

Jalatlaco is a highly walkable area; most services, restaurants, and attractions are just a few minutes away on foot. For longer distances, you can use local taxis, ride-hailing apps, or rent bicycles. We are also well connected to main avenues, making it easy to reach the airport, bus stations, and tourist areas.

Just minutes from the historic city center, the neighborhood offers cafés, artisan bakeries, restaurants, galleries, and cultural spaces. It is a safe, walkable area, perfect for exploring local life or enjoying a quiet stay with immediate access to Oaxaca’s main points of interest.
